# 2.3 RWAFi - A New Era of DeFi

The RWAFi of the WAT Protocol successfully introduces real-world (traditional financial) assets, providing tangible asset value support for crypto and solving the 'crossing the chasm' problem of DeFi. This significantly expands the reach of DeFi, ushering in a new era of decentralized finance.

The dual-token model of ATC & INC offers rich and creative functionalities for RWAFi. In the early stages, apart from the basic WAT-AMM liquidity pool, ATC staking pool, INC staking pool, LP I (ATC-INC) staking pool, LP II (ATC-ETH) staking pool, LP III (INC-USDT) staking pool, and LP IV (INC-USDC) staking pool, multiple ecosystem joint DeFi products such as MakerDAO and Solana will be gradually opened in later stages. The WAT-AMM will always meet the trading needs of asset tokenization, while a variety of DeFi products will cater to the investment needs of different users and institutions.

WAT-RWAFi not only provides high-quality investment products for DeFi users or institutional users but also offers super liquidity for traditional assets. When WAT successfully addresses the liquidity issue, more and higher-quality assets will join the WAT ecosystem and be included in the WAT asset package, infinitely expanding the market scale of WAT. Additionally, due to the dual-token model, ATC will be infinitely minted, and INC, due to its fixed quantity model, will see its value rise through market regulation.
