<figure><img src="/files/pthQDAQnbjV9LRsiASO0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Total amount: 300 million

Issuance: 1 INC = $0.1

First phase circulation: 30%

First phase market value: $9,000,000\
\ <mark style="color:blue;">INC is issued by the ERC20 protocol and is an income token that can be obtained by holding asset tokens ATC.</mark>

**Token distribution plan:**

First-phase circulation <mark style="color:blue;">**30%**</mark>

&#x20;         Airdrop **10%**

&#x20;         WAT-I (WAT-Income Smart Contract) **50%**

&#x20;         WAT-AMM **40%**

Market reserve <mark style="color:blue;">30%</mark>

Foundation reserve: <mark style="color:blue;">20%</mark>

Eco-development: <mark style="color:blue;">5%</mark>

Team reserve: <mark style="color:blue;">15%</mark>

&#x20;

**Application Scenarios:**

The yield is set according to the world standard annualized yield of 5% (U.S. Treasury bond standard yield), and the distribution of income is automatically executed by WAT-I (WAT-Income Smart Contract). The monthly income is automatically distributed based on the number of Ethereum blocks converted every 7 days \* 24 hours = 168 hours. During execution, a snapshot of the average number of coins held by the ATC address in the previous cycle will be taken, and the corresponding amount of INC will be distributed to the ATC on-chain coin holding address according to the real-time market price of INC at the time of distribution, calculated in US dollar-based income. INC carries the on-chain income of assets and bears the future appreciation of assets and the value price performance of bubbles.

**Obtaining INC can not only provide a fixed annualized income of 5% by holding ATC but can also be directly acquired through various DEX and CEX transactions. Additionally, excess INC income can be earned through RWAFi participation in liquidity staking.**
